Early morning Ashtanga on Tuesdays and Thursdays have moved outdoors! Come and practice for FREE with us in Victoria Park just north of the Lions Skate Park at 7am.

All classes are suitable for all levels. All classes are Drop- Ins. Try not to eat heavy food 3 hours before class, and drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Class Etiquette:

- Arrive 15 minutes before class so you are ready to begin.
- Please respect the need for silence in the studio (this includes mobile phones)
- Refrain from wearing perfumes during class as some people have allergies to fragrances.
- Try not to eat 3 hours before class, but do drink plenty of water.
- Smile!
