The Studio

We have a 1800 sq. foot purpose-built hot studio with sustainable cork floors. Mirrors along one wall mean you can check your alignment, and learn to observe the body in a non-judgmental way. Heat is provided by silent radiant ceiling panels and the ventilation system is a state of the art heat recovery unit that keeps fresh air circulating throughout the class. Hot Yoga on 20th also has spacious male and female change rooms, both equipped with bathrooms and showers.

Mats, towels and water are available at the studio, or students can bring their own. We also have lockers; you can bring your own lock or use one of ours.

Ethics

We have used environmentally friendly products in our flooring and fixtures and have a commitment to using local businesses in the building of the studio. We have a cork floor in the yoga studio, as it is a renewable resource and we only use eco-friendly cleaning products (for example we use tea tree oil to clean the mats daily).

The development of the Riversdale area is important to us and by opening our studio here we hope to benefit the local economy and help other businesses to see Riversdale’s potential. With its proximity to downtown, and easy parking we feel our studio is in a great location, and we know that attitudes to Riversdale are changing.
